2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher—to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including local drinking age laws.

3. Account Registration

  • To use certain features, you must create an account using OAuth login (currently Google, and potentially other providers such as Facebook or Apple in the future).
  • By registering, you authorize us to access certain profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile photo) from your chosen OAuth provider.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or inappropriate behavior within the community.

4. User Content

The Service allows you and other users to upload or submit content, including but not limited to venue listings, photos, comments, and check-ins (“User Content”).

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or disable access to any User Content at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable law.

5. Community Standards

When using the Service, you agree not to post, upload, or otherwise make available any content that:
